Mar­ble is quite the style chameleon. Team it with pe­riod fix­tures and fit­tings for a tra­di­tional look, in­tro­duce dashes of warm wood to get a Scandi vibe, or pair it with sleek san­i­tary­ware to cre­ate a min­i­mal­ist aes­thetic. What­ever the com­bi­na­tion, mar­ble with pol­ished chrome never fails to make a smart state­ment. Thanks to man­u­fac­tur­ing tech­nol­ogy de­vel­op­ments, the mar­ble look is avail­able at a frac­tion of the cost of authen­tic mar­ble. These re­al­is­tic al­ter­na­tives are also eas­ier to care for than the real Mccoy. When it comes to tiles, big­ger is bet­ter. Fewer grout lines cre­ate a fuss-free, un­in­ter­rupted fin­ish that’s hard to achieve with smaller tiles.
