This month, we’re in awe of Zoffany’s lust-worthy fabrics and can’t wait to snap up a gem from The Conran shop’s new Bauhaus movement collection

Hero designs – those pieces that get papped, pinned and preened over the most – usually come in ones or twos at a time. Not at Zoffany. Icons, the brand’s latest collection of fabrics, features eleven of them, each representing leading 20th-century influences in the art world. Expect prints lined with Picasso-feel faces, Kandinsky-style geometrics and stripes with a cubist twist. Upholster with Nookta (shown on the chair) for a subtler talking point. ‘The jacquard has an incredible level of detail,’ says Zoffany’s Peter Gomez. ‘It has the effect of looking upwards through a tree canopy.’ Curtain in Verdi Applique Venetian 333015, £139m; chair in Nookta Malachite 333026, £99m (stylelibrary.com/zoffany)
