THE OWNERS

Kate Clare and her partner Gavin Sumner, along with their young baby. Kate founded Loud Architects, a creative architecture and interior design studio based in east London, in 2017. Gavin is the co-founder of Scalewise.com, which helps technology start-ups build their businesses.

THE PROPERTY

A renovated Edwardian terrace house in east London. The ground floor has a hallway, WC, bike cupboard and formal sitting room. At the rear is a large kitchen, sitting and dining space with a bar. On the first floor is the main bedroom and bathroom along with a guest bedroom and en suite. The second floor is a loft extension where both Kate and Gavin have studies along with a gym room and bathroom.
