Multi Michelin-starred Jean-georges Vongerichten’s Pool Bar is known for lobster rolls, while his eponymous restaurant serves fab sushi. But the jewel in the crown is on the top floor, by Argentinian chef Mauro Colagreco, who is based in Menton.
