THE OWNERS

Business partners Jens Løkke (above left) and Uffe Buchard, co-founders of Darling Creative Studio, bought the apartment as an investment and have now converted it into a boutique guesthouse.

THE PROPERTY

Located in one of Copenhagen’s oldest buildings, the apartment is on the third floor out of four storeys. There is a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while the dining room, living room and a study are a series of three interconnected spaces.
