Steff Rees led the way with 25 points, a haul consisting of two tries, six conversions and a penalty.
Ethan Price, Sion Mangan, Mike Moore and Matt Davies added the other tries.
Nantgaredig also started with an impressive 41-24 win over Llandeilo.
Dafydd Lewis helped himself to a hat-trick while Rhydian Evans crossed twice.
George Gleeson and Lloyd Williams were also on the scoresheet and Meirion Davies kicked three conversions.
Trimsaran came away from Llandybie with an 18-10 win.

Bynea ran in 10 tries in a 58-5 win over Penybanc, New Dock Stars lost 7-0 to Lampeter Town and Betws beat Cefneithin 19-9.
In Three West A, Laugharne opened with a 22-10 win over Cardigan.
Mikey Williams scored two tries with Carl Smith and a penalty try also on the scoresheet.
Neyland thrashed Tregaron 60-12, Milford Haven were 39-3 winners over Pembroke Dock Quins and Haverfordwest beat Llangwm 41-10.
Llanybydder also started with a win as they claimed a 23-18 triumph at Aberaeron.
