Three days of activities for three local charities
PEOPLE travelled from far and wide to enjoy the three days of activities supporting three local charities at the Selwyn Samuel Centre.
Friday night saw renowned professional London Medium Roy Sunley address a gathering in the Riverside Cafe enjoying a Welsh Psychic Supper, supporting children in our community with Type 1 Diabetes via Candy Free Kids.
More than 500 people converged on the arena for Saturday’s big festival exhibition in aid of Candy Free Kids and Ty Bryngwyn Hospice and enjoyed a whole day of free workshops, talks and demonstrations.
Sunday saw the centre transformed with a magical tealight-lit spiral labyrinth and a whole day of transformational workshops with yoga, guided meditation and a fabulous sound bath in aid of Latch, Wales’s children’s cancer charity.
This event is a collaboration between Angela Medway-Smith of Cariad Spiritual and other local fundraisers, sound healer Shelly Underhill-Savage and yoga teacher Richard Rees.
Angela said “We were thrilled to be joined by the West Wales Coordinator for Latch and the mayoral party who took part in the day. Latch do such fabulous work supporting our children it is an honour to raise money for them.”
