AM­MAN United have started the sea­son strongly af­ter claim­ing an 18-6 win over Llandy­bie in Three West B.

Sean Man­gan got the only try of the game, with Steff Rees kick­ing the rest of the points.

Am­man look like one of the strong can­di­dates to earn pro­mo­tion along­side Betws, who handed out a 55-0 thrash­ing to Peny­banc.

Daniel Thomas helped him­self to a hat-trick, while Nathan Pe­ters and Aaron Evans both crossed twice.

Fur­ther tries came from Car­wyn Davies and Gareth Comely, while Adrian Thomas kicked three con­ver­sions and Dan Thomas added an­other two.

Bynea also made it two wins from two with an 18-3 tri­umph over New Dock Stars.

Trim­saran also have two wins to their name fol­low­ing their 15-9 suc­cess over Cefnei­thin.

Philip Davies and Dan Grif­fiths each scored a try while the lat­ter added a con­ver­sion and penalty. Richard Watts kicked three penal­ties for Cefnei­thin.

Nant­garedig beat Lam­peter Town 18-10 and Llan­gadog edged past Llandeilo 18-16.

Mean­while, Ney­land and Mil­ford Haven sit at the top of Three West A fol­low­ing wins over Pem­broke Dock Quins and Haver­ford­west

Ney­land ran in 10 tries in a 60-6 win, while Mil­ford Haven picked up a bonus point with a 24-18 vic­tory.

Llany­by­d­der eased to a 45-0 win over Tre­garon, Llangwm beat St Davids 15-7 and Aber­aeron pipped Cardi­gan 24-22.
