Aled is first Trot home

EIGHT runners from Trots completed the Swansea Bay 10K.

Aled Jones-Davies was the first runner from the club home in 77th place in 38 minutes three seconds.

He was followed by Julian Lewis (313th), Lindy Eynon (350th), Isobel Dawson (423rd), Emma Jones (1,157th), Bethan James (2,460th), Yvonne Davies (3,032nd) and Jenny Burrows (3,388th).

Kevin Griffiths won the M50 category at the Pumpsaint Trail Half Marathon, holding off Sarn Helen’s Glyn Price.

Griffiths crossed the line almost a minute ahead of Price, finishing fourth overall in one hour 35 minutes.
