RESULTS went with the form book as league action returned in the New Carmarthen & District Men’s Winter Darts League sponsored by Gremlin Club.

The top three sides in division one all won convincingly and have opened up a gap over the rest of the table.

Leaders Coracle A won 5-2 at Plough & Harrow, secondplaced Black Lion defeated bottom side Fountain 6-1 and White Lion trounced luckless Stag Nomads 7-0.

Railway B leapfrogged Queens B with a 5-2 success, with Stag’s Head too strong for Carpenters in a 5-2 win.

In division two, Coracle B maintained their unbeaten start with a 5-2 defeat of Plough & Harrow Select.

Farmers Arms are in second after a narrow 4-3 success at winless Gremlins.

Friends Arms enjoyed a 4-3 win over Wheatsheaf and Mansel A were victorious at Railway A 6-1.

Mansel B have withdrawn from the league due to a lack of players, creating a bye every week.
