CETMA Are distributi­ng surplus food to disadvanta­ged people in Llanelli at Christmas time. They, and we, would be very thankful for any donations to help at this special time of year. We need non-perishable goods. Even one extra tin in your weekly shopping could go long way to helping people to make an extra meal for their family. We are trying to make up as many food hampers for families to have a proper Christmas dinner. Llanelli Multicultu­ral Network The weekly drop-in centre is open every Friday from 1pm to 3pm at St Paul’s Family Centre, Ger y Llan, Bigyn Park Terrace, Llanelli, SA15 1DP. Come along and make new friends, free English classes. Volunteers always needed for drop-in centre or to help with other events. Repair café If you have something that is broken and you don’t know how to fix it, please bring it along and we’ll try our best to help you get it working again. The repair café is held regularly at Llanelli Library, it’s free (and that includes the refreshmen­ts). Everybody welcome. Llanelli Visually Impaired Bowls Club We welcome members and non-members and we meet on Tuesdays between noon and 3pm. We are always looking for new visually impaired people of all ages to come and join us.

Sospan Shedders Is a social group set up locally for the benefit of men. Shedders are artists, collectors, storytelle­rs, amateur radio enthusiast­s, train-spotters, model makers. Meetings are every Friday, from 10am until 1.30pm: Ail Gyfle, Derwent Street.
