YSTALYFERA went top of One West Cen­tral with 34-13 win at Bry­na­man.

They are now two points clear of Glyn­neath, who were due to face Skewen but the match was post­poned due to an un­playable pitch.

In the bat­tle be­tween sides at the bot­tom, Tondu struck a blow as they beat Aber­avon Quins 15-7, Am­man­ford were 27-14 home vic­tors over Maesteg Celtic and Wau­narl­wydd were beaten 28-12 at home by Ken­fig Hill.

Birch­grove re­main un­beaten in Two West Cen­tral and have moved six points clear of Re­sol­ven at the sum­mit af­ter they de­feated Nan­tyffyl­lon 13-8 in the only game played in that di­vi­sion.

Swansea Up­lands en­joyed a 40-10 home win over Aber­avon Green Stars in Three West Cen­tral A, with Ton­mawr record­ing a 25-17 suc­cess at Neath Ath­letic.

Cefn Cribwr put 50 points on Pon­ty­cymer with­out re­ply in Three West Cen­tral B, and Rhi­gos de­feated Bri­ton Ferry 27-17.

The top two both lost in Three West Cen­tral C.

Lead­ers Peny­groes slipped to only their sec­ond de­feat of the cam­paign, 15-12 at home against South Gower, but Pan­tyffyn­non were un­able to take ad­van­tage as they were beaten 31-17 by Ponty­ates.

Fur­nace United thumped Fall Bay 59-17 and Cwmg­wrach edged out Cwmtwrch 8-6.
