Leaders Penygroes slipped to only their second defeat of the campaign, 15-12 at home against South Gower, but Pantyffynnon were unable to take advantage as they were beaten 31-17 by Pontyates.

Furnace United thumped Fall Bay 59-17 and Cwmgwrach edged out Cwmtwrch 8-6.
