Honour for Scarlets with Davies named in world XV

JONATHAN Davies has been named in a world team of the year for 2018.

The Scarlets centre spent much of the year recovering from a serious foot injury, but he still made the list when Rugby World magazine canvassed a panel of writers from 12 different countries.

Davies is the only Welshman to make the fantasy XV. Just one player, Ireland prop Tadgh Furlong, was chosen in everybody’s line-up.
