EASTENDERS soap star Shane Richie, inset, is to join the cast of stage hit, Everybody’s Talking About Jamie, at the Apollo Theatre in London.
He will take on the role of Hugo/Loco Chanelle from January 28 until May 4 and says: “I’ve had lots of ideas about how to portray the character and as for my dress and heels – hang onto your handbags.”

DREAM JOB FOR KATYA AND NEIL
STRICTLY Come Dancing professionals Neil and Katya Jones, above, are to star in Somnium: A Dancer’s Dream at Sadler’s Wells in London next year.
The real-life couple first formed a dancing partnership 10 years ago and went on to marry in 2013 before becoming World Latin Showdance Champions.
They say: “We all know that life and love is not perfect and as much we would like to say our journey together has been, you will be able to see first hand the real struggles of our life together on the road to becoming world champions.”
The dance special runs from June 20.
