Leading duo end year on a high note

THE top two sides remained in fine form as the first half of the season was completed in the New Carmarthen And District Men’s Winter Darts League sponsored by Gremlin Club.

Coracle A and Black Lion both won 6-1 away at Carpenters and Stag’s Head respectively.

White Lion squeezed home 4-3 over Railway A and Stag Nomads climbed the table with a 5-2 success at Plough & Harrow.

Fountain Inn remain rooted to the bottom after a 4-3 defeat to Queens B.

The top-of-the-table clash in division two saw unbeaten leaders Coracle B come out on top 5-2 over Friends Arms.

Wheatsheaf scored an impressive 6-1 win over Railway A, while Queens A beat Farmers Arms 4-3.

Also winning 4-3 were Mansel A at Gremlins.
