Penparcau out in front

PENPARCAU lead the way in division one of the Ceredigion Snooker League as the Christmas period looms.

They have won six of their eight matches to head the table on 50 points, with Felindre A just three points back but with a game in hand.

The duo are well clear of the field with Aberaeron D third on 39 points and Llandysul A and Aberaeron B back on 33.

Beulah A are bottom of the table on 12 points.

It is a much tighter affair at the top of division two with six sides separated by just three points.

Llanarth and Llanon are locked together on 49 points, just one ahead of Felindre A. Rhydlewis C and Beulah B are on 47 with Lampeter on 46.

Bottom of the table are Felindre D, with just seven points from nine games.
