Coffee morning Is held in Maescanner Chapel from 10am to 11.30am every Thursday.

Feel like doing something that will relax you? Maybe some gentle exercises for flexibility, toning and peace of mind, suitable for all abilities and chair-based yoga. A small, friendly group with ages ranging from 50-plus to 80plus, meets every Thursday at 2pm in a studio at Robert Davies Gym, Heol Cropin, with easy parking (next door to Play King).
