Felinfoel WI Met earlier this month at Llwyn Hall, Audrey won 2nd prize in the county raffle. Felinfoel Family Centre Christmas fair, with help from WI members, raised £76.45 and the ladies voted to make this up to £100 from funds. Someone from the centre will attend one of the WI meetings in the new year to receive the cheque. Members also decided not to send Christmas cards to each other again this year but give donations instead which will be presented to Caron Rowe from Mind charity at one the WI meetings in the new year. Felinfoel WI has received 2nd prize in recruitment awards for the increase in membership. The next meeting is on January 11 when membership renewal will be due. Also, meetings will now be held in Felinfoel Resource Centre every second Friday of the month at 6.30pm.
