Ty Golau Health and wellbeing group for people with memory problems/Alzheimer’s-type illnesses meets from 10.30am to noon at Antioch Centre, Copperworks Road, every Thursday. Activities include reminiscence therapy, themed quizzes, singalongs, simple cookery and much more. Ring Janet Lewis on 890896.

Llanelli Men’s Shed Meets at 10am every Friday at 1A Derwent Street.

Breathe Easy Group Will meet at 10.30am on Friday at Furnace Rugby Club.

Ramps Skatepark Will hold a skateboard-only night, for over-18s, on Fridya from 8pm until 1am on Saturday.

Llanelli Ramblers Will take a four-mile easy walk along the Santa trail at Pembrey Country Park. Walkers please meet outside the park at 10.30am on Saturday. Ring Alwyn on 773597.

Kolonia A café for everyone, holds a coffee morning from 10am to noon every Monday at Ty Gwyn Community Church.

Low Vision drop-in Is held every Monday at Llanelli Blind Society, 18 Vaughan Street, from 10am to 1pm.
