THERE is an added at­trac­tion to the next race meet­ing at Ffos Las Race­course – a food and drink fes­ti­val with stands sell­ing a range of top qual­ity prod­ucts.

From gin to pizza, choco­late to chillis, there will be an ex­ten­sive choice of more than 30 trade stands to suit every­body’s taste on Sun­day.

Some of the lo­cal busi­nesses at­tend­ing in­clude Dark Mat­ter Em­po­rium, Ec­cen­tric Gin, Lit­tle Grandma’s Kitchen, The Pink Pep­per­corn, Afal Y Graig, Mar­shar­loes, Coco Bean, Fablas Ice Cream, Calon Cakes, Pem­brokeshire Chilli Farm, Field Bar Gin and many more.

Si­mon Row­lands, gen­eral man­ager at Ffos Las, said: “We are de­lighted to wel­come lo­cal food producers and sup­pli­ers as part of a race day. It’s a great at­trac­tion along­side the seven races on the day. Cus­tomers can visit the stands be­fore, dur­ing and af­ter racing.”

The event starts at noon and there will be a shut­tle bus run­ning from Llanelli train sta­tion to Ffos Las Race­course at 11.35am and re­turn­ing to Llanelli train sta­tion at 5.30pm.

Tick­ets are £15 in ad­vance and £20 on the gate. Chil­dren aged 17 and un­der go free.
