Dafen Senior Citizens Met earlier this month when Dafen School Choir entertaine­d. A very enjoyable afternoon. Names and £5 deposit were taken for the Cwmbran trip on May 15. Next meeting is on May 1 at 2pm. Mindfulnes­s Movement Is held from 6.30pm until 7.15pm every Wednesday at Bryn and Trallwm Club. If you suffer with stress, anxiety, have injuries or long-term health conditions, this class is for you. It supports a calmer mind, body and soul via gentle moves and relaxation for £4.50. A coffee morning Is held in Maescanner Chapel from 10am to 11.30am every Thursday.

This is a small, friendly group with ages ranging from 50-plus to 80-plus which meets every Thursday at 2pm in a studio at Robert Davies Gym, Heol Cropin, with easy parking (next door to Play King).
