Ail Gyfle/Second Chance Curry Night Second Chance (Ail Gyfle) will be holding a curry night on Friday, May 3, at the Red Lion Hotel in Llandyfaelog. Tickets are available from any of the Committee members.

Get well Best wishes to Malcolm Jones who has been re-admitted
to hospital. We hope he will get better very soon. Best wishes to everyone who is not in the best of health at present. We all wish you’ll get better with the spring weather.
Sympathy is extended to the family of the late Tommy Lyne, formerly of Mynyddygarreg, who passed away recently. He leaves a daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren to mourn his loss as well as many other relatives and friends. His funeral took place on Monday, April 8, at Kidwelly Catholic Church with interment at Llanelli Crematorium.
Birthdays Ladies celebrating their birthdays this month are Lorraine Strain, Bryn Hefin and Beryl Williams, Hillcrest. We wish them and any others celebrating this month, a happy birthday.
Bingo Sessions are held at Clwb Rygbi Mynyddygarreg every Wednesday evening at 7pm.
Ty Golau A warm welcome to attend Ty Golau, a group of people with memory problems, who meet at Mynyddygarreg Welfare Hall every Wednesday from 10.30am to noon. Activities include reminiscences, themed quizzes, sing-alongs, music and movement and lots more. ty Golau manager, Mrs Janet Lewis, has won a national award: Rotary Champion of Change. In May she will be presented at a Rotary Conference in Nottingham by the High Sheriff. Congratulations Janet, you are doing some excellent work, not just to our community.
