MEMBERS of Taf Running and Orienteering took part in several races over the weekend, travelling as far afield as Germany where Peter Walters completed the Berlin Half Marathon.

He finished in one hour 46 minutes to place 4,821st.

Julian Lewis ran the Brighton Marathon, finishing 1,366th in 3.38.

Closer to home, there were five TROTS in the Fishguard Sea Cadets 10k, led by Jim Dilks who was 13th in 44 minutes 24 seconds. One place and six seconds behind was Lindy Eynon, who was second in the F45 category.

Tris Lewis was 20th, Sarah Roberts 21st and Rebecca Dilks 33rd.

In the Llanelli Half Marathon, Aled Jones-Davies finished 19th in 1.28. Martin Davies was 40th and Yvonne Davies 180th.
