ANTI-AGEING EYE CREAMS
YOUTHFUL eyes are just a little pot away... Our testers run the rule over five fabulous creams
Sanoflore Regard Hypnotica, £24.90:
The first thing I noticed was my eyes looked less puffy in the morning. After a few weeks of use I could spot a more plumped appearance and a slight decrease in my fine lines.
Cult51 Eye Repair, £50:
It made my eye area generally fresher – concealer went on smoothly, eyes looked more awake. My smile lines are a bit finer, so I will keep using.
NovAge Ultimate Lift Advanced Lifting
Eye Cream, £22: As a 40-something eye cream virgin, I’m now a convert. This has boosted my under-eyes – they look brighter and smoother – and it absorbed quickly.
Clarins ExtraFirming Eye, £41: It’s
rich, but sinks in quickly. I’ve been impressed by the improvement in smoothing my lines. Despite regularly not getting enough sleep it has helped. Although my dark circles are still there, I think I look better.
L’Oréal Paris Age Perfect Golden Age Rosy Radiant Eye Cream,
£7.49: The best quick-fix cream I’ve ever used. The rose tint meant I could rub under eyes and onto lids without needing a concealer. No long-term improvement, but I use it most days now.
