Thanks to the ‘Dollies’

I AM a 90-year-old pensioner living in Llanelli.

On March 30, along with a group of friends, I went to see The New Morfa Dollies Mother’s Day special show at the Morfa Social Club (“Tin Hut”).

I felt obliged to write to let your readers know how wonderful the whole experience was for us and to pay a heartfelt thank you to the “Dollies” themselves, club stewardess Michelle, and all the friendly club members and staff in attendance.

The show itself raised funds for local charities and in my opinion was every bit as good as you will see in London’s West End.

There are future charity shows to be hosted there and I strongly urge your readers to go along and support the hard-working volunteers in their efforts. Well done all.
