Nicky-Jay has an Olympic dream after more success
LLANELLI schoolboy Nicky-Jay Evans has set his sights on the 2028 Olympic Games after adding the 2019 Welsh karate title to the British under-10s title he won last year.
Nicky-Jay, who started doing karate when he was just four years old, is from Morfa and attends Maes y Morfa Primary School.
He trains at Budokan Wales in Fforestfach, Swansea, under 7th Dan Hugh Ruse.
The Welsh championship took place at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff last month, and Nicky-Jay will be travelling to Poland later in the year to compete there in an attempt to add further honours to his already impressive CV.
