Forum for landlords

LANDLORDS in Carmar-thenshire are being invited to attend forum events in May where guest speakers will be presenting and discussing current hot topics including the latest on Energy Performance Certificates legislation and the assistance available to landlords; the issue of County Lines and misuse of rental properties; and an update on Universal Credit for landlords.
