Cylch Meithrin Carwe is now offering 30 free hours of childcare for working parents For children aged 3-4 years old, also the cylch is open all day

and offers an early morning session and non-funded children can also use this service. For further regarding this childcare offer contact Tracy James on 07772 188593.

Plas y Sarn is closed on weekends for building work until further notice. To book celebration parties contact 810155 Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Derwendeg Surgery Opening hours: morning surgery Monday to Friday 9am to noon. Closed Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. Nurse surgery Monday 4.30pm to 6pm and Friday 9am to 11am. Trimsaran computer help for beginners and improvers on all types of computers. Bring your own laptop or tablet; ring Graham on 810701 to book as many sessions as you need at Café Beca, Plas y Sarn, Monday afternoons preferred.

History society meets on the first Monday of the month at 6.30pm at Plas y Sarn. Interested in finding out the history of Trimsaran? Have you some memories you want to share? Come along to the history group.

Tuesday: 9am-noon, family centre; 3pm-4pm, family centre; 1.30pm-4pm and 2.45pm-4pm, learn to speak Welsh in Café Beca; 5pm-6pm, rugby; 7pm-8pm, burn fat. Wednesday: 9am-noon, family centre; 5.30pm-9pm, aikido juniors/seniors classes. Thursday: 5.30pm-6.30pm, netball; 7.30pm-8.30pm, burn fat. Friday will be an evening in the company of panto superheroes to include songs/games/dances/ characters and much more! To start at 6pm, until 8pm. Trimsaran rugby Saturday, May 25, is the annual Jonathan Davies Youth 7s tournament, and the following day, Sunday, May 26, are the annual Senior and Ladies’ 7s tournaments.
