50+ keep fit class Age Cymru Sir Gar has set up a new keep fit class for people aged 50+ at the Pensioners Hall (by the Memorial Hall) in Burry Port. All exercises can be done seated or standing and at your own pace. Casual clothes to be worn. First class tomorrow, 10am to 11am. Admission £1. British Legion headquarters The Legion building is open for bingo every Monday to Thursday, Saturday and Sunday evening. Usually at 8pm. Admission 50p. Last bingo books 7.50pm. Historical Society The next meeting is on June 11 with a trip to Brecon and a canal barge ride. Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month in the Memorial Hall annexe at 7pm. Visitors most welcome.
