Mindfulnes­s Movement is held from 6.30pm to 7.15pm every Wednesday at Bryn and Trallwm Club. If you suffer with stress, anxiety, have injuries or long-term health conditions, this class is for you. A coffee morning is held in Maescanner Chapel from 10am to 11.30am every Thursday.

Feel like doing something that will relax you? Maybe some gentle exercises for flexibilit­y, toning and peace of mind, suitable for all abilities and chair-based yoga. This is a small, friendly group with ages ranging from 50-plus to 80-plus which meets every Thursday at 2pm in a studio at Robert Davies Gym, Heol Cropin, with easy parking (next door to Play King). The group is currently dressing teddy bears in support of the Teddy Bears’ Picnic to be held in the town on Saturday, June 22. Tai chi exercise class will be held
