K’nect with God With each other and with the com­mu­nity at King’s Church, 14 Cow­ell Street, at 7pm (doors open at 6.30pm) ev­ery Wed­nes­day.

Soup Sta­tion is held ev­ery Wed­nes­day from 6.30pm to 8.30pm at Green­field Chapel. There is soup, bread rolls, cakes, bis­cuits, tea and cof­fee and a big friendly wel­come. Why not drop in?

Verses in Vino Will be held at 7pm in Al­talia restau­rant this evening. This wil lbe a light­hearted and fun event con­sist­ing of poetry, lim­er­icks and prose. Ad­mis­sion of £2 in­cludes free raf­fle.

Llanelli and Dis­trict Probus Club Meet­ing at 10.30am on the first and third Thurs­day of ev­ery month in Fur­nace Rugby Club. We are a group of like-minded, re­tired, pro­fes­sional peo­ple, of­fer­ing so­cial in­ter­a­tion, light re­fresh­ments and in­vited speak­ers.

Sta­tion Men’s Shed Meets ev­ery Fri­day and Satur­day, from 10am to 2pm on Great Western Ter­race, next to the north side of Llanelli Rail Sta­tion. The ‘shed’ is where like-minded men who want to share their prac­ti­cal skills, learn new ex­per­tise and ex­plore their tal­ents and in­ter­ests and so­cialise in a stress-free en­vi­ron­ment. Get-to­gether suc­cess The first Llanelli Great Get-To­gether held in town last month was a huge suc­cess. There was en­ter­tain­ment for chil­dren and adults with stalls and a teddy bears’ pic­nic and trea­sure hunt. The weather was also kind, which en­cour­aged peo­ple to stay longer and so­cialise.
