Clwb Hamdden Members are due to meet next Tuesday evening at Bancffosfelen and Crwbin Hall. New recruits welcome. Bancffosfelen Post Office Opening days and times are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 2pm and 5pm. Further information on 0345 611 2970. Crwbin Silver Band Rehearsals each Tuesday 7pm to 9pm and each Sunday 6pm to 8pm in the Crwbin Band Room.

Yoga Club Participants meet in the Memorial Hall each Thursday; first session from 10.30am; second session from 11.45am. New members welcome. themselves dressing a live model in a newspaper fashion outfit. Everyone had a very enjoyable time and the four teams all won a point for their entries. The 100 Club was won by Hazel. Joy, Mavis, Sonja, Stephanie, Mandy, Pam R, Eileen, Pat F, Barbara, Ruth, Jo and Estelle all choose from a plentiful supply of raffle prizes. The next monthly meeting will be in Bryn Hall on Wednesday, September 4, beginning at 6.15pm. New members always welcome and it’s free for the first couple of visits.
