British Legion headquarters The Legion building is open for the bingo every MondayThursday, Saturday and Sunday evening. Usually at 8pm, admission 50p. Last bingo books 7.50pm.

Joint choir concert Burry Port Male Choir in concert with guests the Snowdown Colliery Welfare Male Voice Choir from Alyesham, Canterbury, Kent is on Friday at 7pm in the Memorial Hall, Burry Port.Guest artist is soprano Nikkila Thomas. Guest musical director Michael Lewis and guest accompanists Aileen Dickson and Gerard Ahern.Compere Ian Rees. Tickets at £5 from choristers or on the door.

Litter pick The Pembrey and Burry Port Grab and Bag volunteer group will be meeting at the football pitch/New School football pitch car park SN 453 005 on Friday from 10am until noon. All equipment is provided but please be sure to bring a pair of gloves. As well as cleaning up our local areas volunteers can also sign up to receive time credits.
