Llanelli U3A We close down our groups in August apart from Tuesday, August 6, which is our Llanelli U3A awareness event – a special ‘coffee and scones’ morning, open to all who are considering joining Llanelli U3A and would like to find out more about us. It will be held in Ty Gwyn Community Church, Vauxhall, Llanelli (Opposite Library) at 10.30am. Children’s summer activities continue at Llanelli Library. Summer reading challenge – Space Chase! Ages 14 and under. Llanelli and District Probus Club Meeting at 10.30am on the first and third Thursday of every month in Furnace Rugby Club. We are a group of like-minded, retired, professional people, offering social interation, light refreshments and invited speakers.

Station Men’s Shed Meets every Friday and Saturday, from 10am to 2pm on Great Western Terrace, next to the north side of Llanelli Rail Station. The ‘shed’ is where like-minded men who want to

Llanelli Torch Fellowship Group (for sight-impaired people) will meet in Emmanuel Baptist Chapel, New Dock Road, on Saturday at 2.30pm.
