Sum­mer read­ing chal­lenge – Space Chase! Ages 14 and un­der. Every Mon­day, Lego for all ages; every Tues­day, colour­ing for ages two and over; every Wed­nes­day, 10.15am-11am and 2pm-3pm, Lego and sto­ry­time ses­sions for un­der-eights; every Thurs­day, games for ages three-plus; every Fri­day, crafts for ages two-plus. Pre-school sto­ry­time Is held every Wed­nes­day from 10.15am to 11.15am at Llanelli Chil­dren’s Li­brary.

Verses in Vino Will be held at 7pm in Al­talia restau­rant this evening. This wil lbe a light­hearted and fun event con­sist­ing of po­etry, lim­er­icks and prose. Ad­mis­sion of £2 in­cludes free raf­fle.

Ty Go­lau Health and well­be­ing group for peo­ple with mem­ory prob­lems/Alzheimer’s type ill­nesses meets every Thurs­day at An­ti­och Cen­tre, Cop­per­works Road, from 10.30am to noon. Sta­tion Men’s Shed Meets every Fri­day and Satur­day, from 10am to 2pm on Great West­ern Ter­race, next to the north side of Llanelli Rail Sta­tion. The ‘shed’ is where like-minded men who want to share their prac­ti­cal skills, learn new ex­per­tise and ex­plore their tal­ents and in­ter­ests and so­cialise in a stress-free en­vi­ron­ment.
