Batting fails in heavy loss
A DISMAL batting performance led to Llandysul going down by 68 runs against Tata Steel in division one of the South Wales Cricket Association.
Having been put in, secondplaced Steel posted 152-8 thanks mainly to Rohan Herbert, who hit seven fours and a six in an innings of 57.
Rhydian Harries was best of the Llandysul bowlers with three wickets.
In reply the visitors failed to make any significant impact and were bowled out for 84.
Kelvin Bartle snapped up four wickets and there were three wickets for David Jones.
