Pharmacy changed times Pontyberem’s pharmacy is now open Monday to Wednesday and again on Friday from 9am to noon, re-opens at 2pm closing at 6pm; on a Thursday 9am to noon, then from 2pm to 5.30pm. A queueing zone operates to restrict the shop to serving one customer at a time.

Bus service returns This week, after two months suspension due to the coronavirus emergency, the 195 Pontyberem bus service resumed. Timetable details available from First Cymru.
