NARBERTH enjoyed a 46-24 victory over Ystrad Rhondda in the WRU Championship Cup.
There were hat-tricks for scrum-half George MacDonald and wing Josh Davies. Nick Gale kicked 10 points.
In One West, Yr Hendy won 43-23 at Penclawdd and Crymych beat Gorseinon 24-14.
Amman United recorded their second win of the Three West B season when triumphing 39-14 at Bynea.
The visitors made a bright start, with Tom Caddell slotting a penalty. He added a second penalty, but the Reds lost wing Eurig Morgan to injury.
Bynea got on the scoreboard when the referee awarded them a penalty try.
An attempted clearance was charged down by Amman full-back Joel Foster, who followed up to dab down. Caddell converted.
Dylan James’s yellow for a high tackle reduced United to 14 men, and the Bulldogs took advantage with Finlay Cooke crossing.
James Ransom converted to edge Bynea 14-13 ahead.
Amman regained the lead just before half-time when Alex Williams darted over. Caddell converted.
Jason Knell crashed over for a try, and wing Liam Danter then bagged a try. Tom Thorneycroft and Sean Mangan combined in the last minute to create a try for Williams. Caddell converted.
Amman host local rivals Betws on Saturday (2.30pm).
Cwmgors’s luckless season saw them concede a last-gasp try to lose 22-15 at Tonmawr in Three West Central A.
The home side opened the scoring with a penalty, but Cwmgors began to get a foothold in the contest and claimed the opening score when Louis Ford crashed over.
But Tonmawr hit back before the interval and crafted a brace of tries to take a 15-5 lead.
However, Andrew Mason’s penalty before the break reduced the gap to seven points.
Cwmgors got back on level terms when Mason galloped over for a fine try eight minutes from time, a score he converted himself.
But the Cherries’ hearts were broken by Tonmawr’s late, late show.
Cwmgors host Swansea Uplands at Parc y Werin on Saturday.
