School road concerns On March 10 community councillors aired their concern and frustration with the lack of action in implementing the 20mph and traffic calming measures promised outside Ysgol Bancffosfelen. Over recent years the campaign to improve the safety for pedestrians in general and school children in particular had hoped that practical measures would have been put in place by now. Community councillors gave notice this is a top priority for all concerned.
Post office The village hall hosts the post office on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday between 2pm and 4pm. Times may vary.
Defibrillator In the case of a suspected heart attack there is a public defibrillator affixed to the Bancffosfelen and Crwbin Hall. An intercom link provides live guidance for using the equipment.
