A LLANELLI family home has topped the list of the top 10 most viewed on a leading property site for July.
Amongst multi-million-pound properties in London – including a £55m house in the heart of Mayfair – a West Wales four-bedroom property was among the most popular.
The Llanelli property topped the list on Zoopla last month, with a four-bedroom family home near Neath also featuring.
The most viewed on the Zoopla list was a four-bedroom detached house in Llanelli.
This property has a contemporary feel and was listed for the first time on Zoopla at the start of July this year. Sold subject to contract, the house was priced at £620,000.
