The monthly lecture is taking its summer break and restarting on Wednesday, October 12, with The Lost Generation, given by Claire Firth at Felinfoel Community Centre at 2.30pm Wednesday, August 17: Skittles, 10.30am, The Poachers Rest, Undercliff, Ferryside SA17 5TU. Thursday, August 18: Baduanjin exercise 10am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Boules 10.30am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Thursday, August 23: Boules 10.30am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Thursday, August 25: Baduanjin exercise 10am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Boules 10.30am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Friday, August 26: Garden group, 2pm, at Liys y Godian, Trisaran. SA17 4BQ. Tuesday, August 30: Boules, 10.30am, , Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). The next Sunday lunch group will e on Sunday , September 25. Venue to be decided. Wednesday, September 14: 30th anniversary lunch 12.30pm, Ashburnham Hotel, Burry Port SA16 0TH. Book your places with Maria, £20 per person. Young at Heart Our group that meets at 10.30am in Ty Gwyn Community Church (the old British Legion Club) Vauxhall SA15 3BD will not meet in August.
