Athletic see off Druids

NARBERTH Athletic were comfortable 42-12 winners over Carmarthen Druids.

The Otters were too strong behind the scrum and ran in six tries in a fine display of running rugby.

Steff Thomas, Ryan Scourfield, Will Pop, Shane Rossiter, Jordie James and Kyle Williams touched down.

Rossiter kicked six conversions.

Meanwhile, William Haines scored four tries for Narberth Under-11s in their 68-33 defeat by Fishguard.

There was also a try by Iwan Anthony, with Oliver Johns landing four conversions.

Outstanding performances came from Iestyn Nicholas, Cody James and Freya Jennings.

Narberth Under-15s claimed a 32-0 win at Fishguard.

Tries were scored by James Owen (2), Callum Goeman (2), Thomas O’Toole and Callum White.

O’Toole also kicked a conversion.
