Appeal after alleged shoplifting
POLICE investigating an alleged shoplifting spree at Boots store have released a CCTV image of three people they want to speak to.
The incident happened at the Llanelli branch of the chemist and retail giant.
Officers say a “large quantity of skincare products” were stolen and after an initial investigation the public are now being asked to help identify three people who were in the store at the time.
They have released a CCTV image, pictured right, of two women and a man recorded inside the store and are asking anyone with information to get in contact with them.
A spokeswoman for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “We are investigating the theft of a large quantity of skincare products from Boots in Vaughan Street, Llanelli.
“The theft occurred between 1.30pm and 1.45pm on Wednesday, August 17. Officers would like to identify the three people in the CCTV image who may have information that could help the investigation.
“Anyone who knows who the people are, or if you believe you are pictured, contact Dyfed-Powys Police on 101. Please quote reference DP-20220819-274. Alternatively contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.”
