Choir Diamond Jubilee Concert On Saturday, November 5, at Ffwrnes Theatre, Llanelli, at 7pm singing with Burry Port Male Choir are Carmarthen Male Voice Choir, Cor Meibion Mynydd Mawr and Cor Meibion Dyffryn Aman. Compere is Ioan Hefin.Guest artists are Ellen Williams soprano, Rhodri Prys Jones tenor, and on piano Caradog Williams.Musical director Ryan Lee and John Evans accompanis­t. Tickets £12 available from choristers and the theatre box office. Craft fair On Saturday, November 5, from 10am to 3pm at Shoreline Clubhouse, Burry Port. Various stalls of arts, crafts, jewellery, books, sweet things and much more. Tea and coffee available. Open to all. Garden Club On Monday, November 7, there is a meeting of the Pembrey and Burry Port Gardening Club at 7.15pm in the Community Hall,Pembrey.The speaker is Paul O’Neill on Acid Loving Plants. £3 at the door for non-members, £2 for members which includes refreshmen­ts,a raffle ticket, and garden sale stall.
