Thursday, November 10: Baduanjin exercise 9.50am, People’s Park outside the Samuel Selwyn Centre (weather permitting). Indoor bowls, 10.15am for a 10.30am start, Samuel Selwyn Centre, 8 Park Crescent, Llanelli. Darts, 5pm for meal 7pm for darts only. The Star Inn, 121 Swansea Road. Friday, November 11: Boules, 10.30am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Monday, November 14: Strollers and Striders, 10.15am for 10.30am, National Trust Car Park, Pennard, SA3 2AS. Walk along East Cliff and coastal path to Pwll Du Bay and returning inland. Spectacular views across to Somerset and Devon. Two hours and a little less than four miles. Tuesday, November 15: Boules, 10.30am, Pwll Playing Fields (weather permitting). Wednesday, November 16: Skittles 10.30am, Three Rivers Hotel & Spa, Under Cliff, Ferryside. Thursday, November 17: Baduanjin exercise 9.50am, People’s Park outside the Samuel Selwyn Centre (weather permitting).
