New trampoline park to be built at cost of £1.5m

BOOST Trampoline Parks are set to open their second site at the former Mercury print rooms in Leicester.

It will create more than 50 jobs and bring a bright and vibrant leisure activity to the city. A mixture of both full time and part time opportunit­ies will be created when the park opens.

The founders of Boost will invest more than £1.5m in the purpose-built trampoline park; with amazing activities including a huge jump area, extralarge Foam Pit, Trapeze, Wipeout Zone, Basketball, Battle Beam, a Toddler Area, and interactiv­e climbing walls.

A spokespers­on said: “Boost Northampto­n launched in 2016 and the owners have now identified Leicester as the perfect location for their second site.

“The park will have a mezzanine viewing gallery with high quality café overlookin­g the jump area. Parents can relax in comfortabl­e surroundin­gs with free Wi-Fi and high-street quality coffee and food.

“The park will run a variety of sessions run including fitness and sensory as well as children’s and corporate parties.

“Boost aim to be the leading trampoline park operator in the UK, by providing market leading safety and a profession­al approach to business.”

The new site is set to open in December 2017.
