Day nursery celebrates opening of its new location

-

RADMOOR Day Nursery and Loughborough College gave a warm welcome to children and parents as doors opened at its new town site.

Now based in Radmoor Road, the new development offers indoor and outdoor spaces which will see the nursery build on the “exciting and stimulating activities” praised by education watchdog Ofsted.

The nursery provides learning areas for a range of age groups with direct access outdoor play spaces and a sensory room including fibre optics and projections is set to enhance this exciting space and support the children’s learning and development.

“Our nursery has been part of the Loughborough community for more than 20 years and we are delighted to welcome children and parents to our brand new venue,” said Radmoor Day Nursery manager Veronica Savill.

“The babies have a dedicated safe play area which leads through to a low-fenced grassy area with rosemary, chive and lavender planters and the children are looking forward to adding to this growing space.

“Further challenging equipment is also joining an additional safety- surfaced area outside.”
