MINDSET is another one of those selfimprovement apps that claims to be able to help you break habits, sleep better, and generally live better.
It takes a rather novel approach, however, in that, rather than following the trend for mindfulness meditation, it advocates the use of hypnotherapy.
You choose the help you need from that which is on offer, and settle down to listen to the soothing tones of a trained UK hypnotherapist, who will talk you through the changes you need to make.
The app is free to download, and will take you through the basics for free. If you want more focused help, there’s a subscription at £6.49 a month, or £51.99 for a year.
It’s only on iOS at the moment, but the developer says an Android version is in the works.
