Annual car show is back again this Sunday
LOVE Loughborough’s hugely popular annual Car Show is back again for the sixth year running.
Love Loughborough has once again teamed up with local car club Charnwood Cruisers to bring the much loved annual Classic & Vintage Car Show to the town centre on Father’s Day on Sunday, June 17.
The town centre will be taken over with 140 classic cars, including the soap box racers and even a vintage bus. Team Modified UK will have a display in Market Street and Land Rover will be on display in Swan Street.
The Delorean will be on show along with beach buggies, a Bowler Wild Cat, classic favourites such as Ford Capri’s to Mustangs, Triumphs to a customized Paul Smith Mini.
There will be plenty of stalls selling refreshments and visitors can download the Love Loughborough loyalty App to claim offers and discounts at restaurants and shops throughout the town.
There will be a competition for the car the judges would most like to drive home, prize courtesy of Tylers Department Store.
The free show will be open from 10am until 4pm and there will be entertainment from DJ Dave Shepherd and live music from The Del Sharrons.
