New Ireland route
RYANAIR has announced a new route from East Midlands Airport to Shannon, County Clare in the Republic of Ireland.
The twice weekly flight starts in April 2019 and brings the total number of routes operated by Ryanair from EMA to 40.
Ryanair’s Robin Kiely said: “We are pleased to launch a new East Midlands route to Shannon in the west of Ireland with a twiceweekly service for summer 2019. To celebrate, we are releasing seats for sale from just £23.99 for travel in April.”
Nicola McMullen, East Midlands Airport’s commercial director, said: “It’s great news for the summer season of 2019. We pride ourselves in offering a wide range of destinations from Mediterranean beach holidays to city breaks and everything in between. The new route to Shannon offers more opportunity to explore this beautiful part of the Republic of Ireland.”
